If you do not book a soak off, your nails must be clean and free of any gel and/or acrylic products that require soak off. Gel manicures comes with soak off of gel polish.
If you forget to book a soak off, please call or text 24 hours ahead of time, so we are able to accommodate you.
To avoid further injury, you must be cut, open sore or infection free.
You have 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment, to avoid any fees.

Be respectful, kind and professional of all rules, regulations and the environment.
Speak up! Let your provider know if you do not like, or would like to change your design, style or appointment. Once the service is done, you will be required to pay the remaining fee for the service that was provided.
No kids, or additional people are allowed to sit in on your appointment unless they are also getting serviced.

Wear gloves when cleaning, or working with any chemicals.
Clean from under your nail to avoid any bacteria build up.
If you have any stones, or charms use a brush to scrub them with soap and water to remove any left over debris from the day. (Maintenance kits can be purchased from your provider)
Your nails are not tools. Do not use your nails to open, cut or scrape off anything, be gentle.
You are allowed to book a nail repair appointment. After 3 days of your appointment, if you break a nail you will be charged for repair.
