CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
At K Sadé Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointments are scheduled individually and preparation is completed in advance, please review the following policies before booking.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
1. BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
All appointments are by reservation only.
A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. The booking fee will be applied toward your service balance unless otherwise stated.
Booking fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or stated by K Sadé Studio.
Please make sure you select the correct service when booking. If you are unsure which service to select, please contact K Sadé Studio before booking.
2. CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unexpected situations happen.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible to have the booking fee transferred to a future appointment, at the discretion of K Sadé Studio.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a larger deposit or full payment before future appointments can be scheduled.
3. RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
One reschedule may be permitted using the original booking fee, subject to availability.
If you need to reschedule multiple times or repeatedly change appointments, K Sadé Studio reserves the right to require a new booking fee or full payment to reserve another appointment.
4. NO-SHOWS
A no-show is an appointment where the client does not arrive and does not provide appropriate notice.
If you do not show for your appointment:
Your booking fee will be forfeited.
You may be charged a no-show fee.
Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
K Sadé Studio reserves the right to decline future appointments.
5. LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A 10-minute grace period may be provided. After the grace period, a late fee may apply and/or your service may need to be shortened.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may need to be rescheduled.
If your appointment must be shortened because of your late arrival, the regular service price may still apply.
This policy exists to respect both your appointment time and the appointments of other clients.
6. SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Changes to your service on the day of your appointment may not always be possible.
Adding services, changing the requested service, or requesting additional nail art may require additional time and may be accommodated only if the schedule allows.
Additional charges may apply.
7. SERVICE REMOVAL
If you currently have product from another nail technician or salon, please make sure to select the appropriate removal service when booking.
Failure to book required removal may result in an additional fee or the inability to complete your desired service within the scheduled appointment time.
8. NAIL ART & SPECIAL REQUESTS
Some nail art and specialty services require additional time.
Please provide reference photos or communicate your desired design when requested during the booking process.
Complex designs, extensive nail art, repairs, or specialty requests may require additional fees.
K Sadé Nails will communicate any applicable additional charges before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
9. REPAIRS
If you experience an issue with your nails shortly after your appointment, please contact K Sadé Studio as soon as possible.
Complimentary repairs, when offered, are intended to address service-related issues and are not intended to cover damage caused by accidents, picking, biting, improper care, or using the nails as tools.
Repair eligibility and timing will be determined by K Sadé Studio.
10. REFUNDS
Completed nail services are generally non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact K Sadé Studio promptly so your concern can be reviewed.
Where appropriate, K Sadé Studio may offer a correction or repair rather than a monetary refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
11. HEALTH & SAFETY
For the safety of both the client and nail technician, K Sadé Studio reserves the right to refuse or modify a service when there are visible signs of infection, open wounds, bleeding, significant irritation, or another condition that could make the requested service inappropriate.
Please notify K Sadé Studio of any known allergies, sensitivities, or relevant nail or skin concerns before your service.
12. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment confirmations and ensuring that the appointment date, time, service, and other booking details are correct.
Please keep your contact information current so that K Sadé Studio can reach you regarding your appointment.
13. PERSONAL EMERGENCIES
K Sadé Studio understands that true emergencies can happen.
If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact K Sadé Studio as soon as possible.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
14. POLICY ENFORCEMENT
These policies apply to all clients and appointments.
K Sadé Studio reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions when circumstances warrant, but exceptions are not guaranteed.
Repeated violations of the cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show policies may result in the client being unable to book future appointments.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By booking an appointment with K Sadé Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Booking Policy.
