  • Yes. K Sadé Studio is appointment-only. Walk-ins are not accepted so that each client can receive a private, focused experience.

  • Each service includes a description to help you choose. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, please contact K Sadé Studio before booking so you can receive guidance.

  • Please review the K Sadé Studio Cancellation & Booking Policy before booking. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made within the required timeframe to avoid applicable fees or loss of your booking fee.

  • A booking fee/deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.

  • Appointments can be booked directly through the online booking system. Please select the service that best matches your desired appointment and review the service description before booking.

  • Yes! Inspiration photos are encouraged. They help communicate your desired shape, color, length, and overall style.

    Please keep in mind that your finished set may vary slightly depending on your natural nails and available products.

  • For the best experience, please arrive with clean hands and nails when possible. Avoid applying oils, lotions, or heavy products immediately before your appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods are Cash, Tap to Pay, Cash App and Zelle.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Because nail services are customized and performed in person, completed services are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern about your service, please contact K Sadé Studio as soon as possible so the concern can be addressed according to the studio’s service guarantee policy.

  • If you have open cuts, sores, signs of infection, significant irritation, or another condition affecting the skin or nails, please postpone your appointment and seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.

    For the health and safety of both the client and nail professional, services may be declined when it is not appropriate to perform them.

  • Appointment times vary depending on the service, nail length, removal needs, and nail-art requests. Please allow enough time for your complete appointment rather than scheduling around a tight timeframe.
